Northumberland Heath vs Sporting Club Thamesmead Reserves
This match was held at our new home grounds for the first time. The other team seemed to be a slight challenge at the beginning but during the game our boys got it in the bag, we had not 1 but 2 cracking goals from Aaron and another sneaky 1 from Brandon sent us flying ahead. They did manage to concede 1 goal throughout their time on the field but we won’t talk about that. After unfortunately loosing an amazing amount of balls into gardens and bushes leaving us ball-less for the first time ever, the opposition did not want to loose any of theirs to which they then ended the game just short of full time. I say that’s a good way to walk away with a win! Well done boys, you worked hard and it paid off.
